Spartan Medical Launches the Single-use Sterile SURE Retractor System

To address Surgical Site Infections (SSIs), Spartan Medical leads from the vanguard with a full range of single-use, sterile, pre-packaged (SSP) instruments. Spartan Medical's has teamed up with SURE® Retractors to reduce SSIs and improve efficiency in spine, orthopedic, and trauma surgeries. The retractor includes radiolucent blades for minimizing X-ray exposure, a variety of sizes for maximum intraoperative flexibility, and enhanced strength. The SURE retractors maximize surgical volume, reduce intraoperative radiation exposure, and eliminate the potential for cross contamination compared to reusable retractors.
