In the Kitchen - Super Salad

Join me in the kitchen while I throw together a really easy salad from common kitchen ingredients. It is healthy and nutritious as well as being delicious and customisable. Chickpeas, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, olives, red onion, dressing.

In the Kitchen - Shepherdless Pie

Join me while I cobble together a vegetarian shepherd's pie with bits and pieces I have in the store cupboard and in the vegetable drawer. Potatoes, carrots, onions, soya mince, 2x tins of mixed beans, grated cheese.

Join me while I make an easy, affordable and nutritious soup to keep you warm during these cool spring evenings. 1x pack of celery, 3x med potatoes, 2x large onions, stock & seasoning.

Spend 20 minutes chilling out with Billy the goat accompanied by a background of birds singing.

In the Kitchen - Potato based Quiche

Join me while I make a delicious, if a little complicated, quiche with a difference. It is a versatile dish that lasts in the fridge for snacking on either hot or cold. Yum! 3 medium potatoes, 7 eggs, 1x courgette, 2x sweet potato, feta cheese.

In the Kitchen - Pasta sauce with feta cheese

Listen in while I roast some cherry tomatoes and feta cheese to make a delicious pasta sauce. 4x punnets cherry toms, 1.5x packs feta, 2x onion (preferably red but I used white), stock & herbs.

In the Kitchen - Chicken & Mushroom Soup

Join me while I guide you through making a very easy and tasty soup for this never-ending winter we seem to be having! 2 punnets mushrooms, left over chicken, chicken stock, onion, 2x cloves of garlic, long grain rice

It is 5.30am, the birds are waking and singing their song. A full hour of the beautiful sound of the dawn chorus. Close your eyes and let the sound wash over you.

In the Kitchen - Chili Non Carne

Join me while I cook up a batch on vegetarian chili. All prep done in under 20 minutes and a 20 minute simmer. Delicious! 2x onions, 3x carrots, 4 sticks of celery, stock, tin of tomatoes, tin of black beans, tin of taco beans, sweet potato, red lentils & spices.
