In this week's episode of Friday Fire, I wanted to talk about our tendency (I hope it's not just me) to sabotage our joy with unnecessary rage. We can't allow minor inconveniences to completely ruin our day. I'm not saying I'm perfect. I used to get super irritated about a lot of little things. But I've been learning to leave the negativity on the ground, because whatever you hold in your mind becomes your reality.
