Today, I am joined by my friend and former mission bud, Avery Palenske. She's a 21-year-old BYU student from Alaska with one of the most honest, beautiful, and real stories I have ever heard.

In this episode, she bravely shares her full journey — from a habit that started in childhood, to finding literary pornography through Pinterest at 12, to feeling like a complete imposter as the star child of her stake, to struggling on her mission, to finally opening up and discovering she was not alone.
