Diane Francis was well known in the Jacksonville area. Not just by the community she hung out with but also by local law enforcement.

In fact, the last official sighting we have of Diane is November 27, 2005 when she was arrested at a local hotel for trespassing. We know that she was held overnight and released the following morning on the 28th.

From there, we don’t know where she went or what happened. There may have been a phone call to the family in 2006 but they could not confirm that it was Diane.

12 years after she disappears one of her ex-boyfriends picks up the phone to call the police and report her missing.
