We interview Kristy Battista, CTO Global & GM Australia, of Allume Energy, an Australian company that’s developed the world's first behind-the-meter solar-sharing technology, for multi-tenanted buildings. We open our conversation by discussing the attraction and retention of talent in the renewable energy world, before moving on to Allume Energy’s Solshare technology. Solshare solves the problem of how tenants of industrial parks and business centres can decarbonise and be part of the energy transition, via collectively installing and sharing the benefits of solar energy, when they may not even own the roof space above them.
