A major winter storm is expected to impact the Carolinas, bringing blizzard conditions, high winds, and significant snowfall. The storm will bring heavy snow to areas along Interstates 26, 95, and 74, with snow rates exceeding 2-3 inches per hour and wind gusts up to 60 mph near the coast. While a dry slot could reduce snowfall totals in some areas, the storm will still bring significant impacts, including coastal flooding, from Georgia to Maine.

A powerful storm is expected to bring hurricane-force winds, heavy snowfall, and coastal flooding to the Carolinas and Virginia. The Outer Banks could see 65-75 mph wind gusts and 8-10 inches of snow by Sunday morning. The storm will also bring dangerously cold temperatures to the Southeast, with potential snowfall in Florida and even the Bahamas.
