In Fushigi Yugi, we start culling through the cast of characters in ways that are very dumb. Then we hangout in an ice cave and learn that there are more fetch quests ahead of us. And then, a wolf shows up and derails the whole thing with a series of completely baffling plot points that leads us into what I can only describe as the “stupid zone”.
