It's easier to say "stop people pleasing" than it is to stop hiding behind God and overcommitting beyond your grace at the expense of yourself. Instead of simply saying it, tune in to see how we actually live a life reflective of putting God first and what it really means to do things God's way.
Friend, did you know that you are allowed to be present? That in this current moment, there is fresh manna and daily bread meant to sustain you for the next minute, moment, and move of God. Without being especially mindful of what is, we risk losing ourselves in what once was and what may never be. Join this moment of guided mindfulness and allow this present moment to meet you.
