Litza was born and raised in Scarborough, Maine in a loud, very close, Greek family. She moved to Los Angeles at the age of 18 on her own journey of pursuing her dreams of working in music. She started her career at Dash Radio and later transitioned into tour management and personal assistant to TBOZ of TLC. Then after about a year of job hunting, she landed at Warner Records for 4 years as a Marketing Manager. She has since started at AWAL where Litza is a Marketing Director for their artists.
