Olympic Gold medalist and 5X World Champion Carissa Moore and the incredibly talented mini-grom Leihani Zoric share a special mentorship and bond that runs deep through Indigenous culture and stretches beyond international borders. Sharing a mutual love of surfing and a connection through culture, their paths first crossed at the WSL Juraki Teams Challenge Event.

Carissa found a passion and purpose in supporting the next generation, building the Moore Aloha foundation to spread love and mentorship. Leihani's kindness and sense of aloha struck a chord with the 5X World Champ and since meeting, the two have shared a friendship that has seen Leihani travel to stay and surf with Carissa in Hawaii.
