“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.” — Deuteronomy 6:5
Surrendering to God means fully yielding — our plans, our desires, our timelines, and even our expectations. It’s saying, “God, I trust You,” even when the promise hasn’t shown up yet.
Sometimes we’re in the process and wondering:
You said this… so why isn’t it happening?
Is it delayed?
Is it a test?
Is it a no?
Real trust isn’t just believing when things make sense. It’s choosing God’s will over our own — even when it’s uncomfortable. Even when it’s unclear.
The process may be messy. The waiting may be long. But surrender says: Not my will, Lord — but Yours be done.
