As we get to the holiday season, too often we are presented with a false thought that having a feast is somehow going to ruin your diet, the chances of making your weight loss goals, or your overall health... but one day or two of feasting won't ruin your health any more than one day or two of fasting will get you to those goals. Worse... thinking this way can lead to eating disorder like issues.
