Lanzer combines all the knowledge of SANDDAO 34, 56, 57, & 59 on a Foundation Company in the Grand Cayman Islands and reads through the Sandbox DAO Foundation's Articles of Memorandum, Articles of Association, Bylaws, and does an entity search of all the key players on Cayman Islands Registry Company Search, Certificate/Stamped Document Search, and CIMA Entity Search. The Constitution is the combination of the Articles & Memo of Association. The Bylaws are NOT part of the Constitution.
