The school board thought he was crazy, but Mickey had a deadline and was determined. He had a goal that was big enough and that people were excited about, so he knew anything was possible. This phrase and determination have followed Mickey and Joe in their personal and professional life. Mickey and Joe discuss how you need to have purpose with your goal and that the bigger the goal and the more you are excited about it, the more likely you are to achieve it.
