Rochester police are investigating a high-speed pursuit on Mt. Read Boulevard that injured two officers and a suspect, a house fire on Devonshire Court that rescued four dogs, and a series of incidents involving an Amazon truck that left two men hospitalized. A 10-year-old boy was struck by a car on Ridge Road in Webster, and Cornell University President Michael Kotlikoff is under scrutiny after a video shows him allegedly hitting students with his car.
