In this conversation I speak from a very full season in my own life, including what has been stirred for me, for those closest to me, and for the women I support. Grief, sadness, disappointment, and the depth of caring that lives in a sensitive heart are all welcome here. I reflect on the stigma many of us inherited around therapy, spiritual counseling, and asking for help, and I offer a simple reframe. We do not wait for a dental emergency to see a dentist.
