Seven degrees. That's what's greeting you right now across Rhode Island. Your windshield is angry. Your coffee is essential. And snow is already knocking on the door.
Folks, a quick burst of snow rolls into Providence right around 6 A.M. It peaks near 10 A.M., then tapers off by 2 P.M. Less than an inch total. Nuisance snow. The kind that makes your wipers work but won't cancel anything. Temperatures start at 13 degrees around 5 A.M.. Then climb fast. You'll hit 36 degrees by 1 P.M. Winds shift southeast around 6 A.M., gusting to 28 miles an hour. That wind will find every zipper gap you've got.
