In this episode of “Retirement Readiness,” hosts Tim Regan and Katie Umland explore how being active can vary from person to person and within different phases of life. While one individual’s goals might include grocery shopping or playing with the grandkids, another might be aiming for monthly ski trips.

“‘Active’ can have lots of different definitions, both before retirement, but then also in retirement,” Tim explains. “And what we found is that the people that are in retirement that are active mentally, physically – those are the ones that have longevity. They're the ones that feel fulfilled.”
