When Jesus shows up in the New Testament, the Jews had their expectations of what He would be like. When they realized that He was unlike what they expected, it caused problems for their acceptance of Him. In this message, we challenge our own expectations of Jesus and look at who Scripture tells us He is. Our hope is that we will let go of who we want Jesus to be, how we want Him to function, and simply follow who He has revealed Himself to actually be.
