Dad, I honor you today. I give you the utmost respect. There is absolutely no way I could be doing what I do today—standing on stages as a motivational speaker, connecting with people all across the world—without you. You built the confidence, the character, and the woman of substance I am today. Because of you, I am a woman of my word. I know how to be kind to people, but I also know how to give my absolute all to everything I do.

Most importantly, you taught me how to be self-aware, how to read a room, and how to understand all of the unspoken truths in life. You believed in me before I even knew what belief was. Thank you for being my anchor.

And to all the incredible fathers out there who are protecting, providing, and pouring character into their children—we see you, we appreciate you, and we love you.
