Tabah Ki, a young boy from Babou in West Cameroon, embarks on a treacherous journey to the top of a hill to collect sand as a gift for his beloved teacher, Madame Amina. Despite the arduous trek, he learns that the journey itself is the most meaningful part of his gift.
