Ramblings of a mama bear, Episode 2, To co-sleep or not to co-sleep? That is the question!
Sleep, the one thing we all need and parents rarely get! So, what can one do to capture even the slights amount of shut eye? For some it comes down to a decision between co-sleeping or not in an effort to avoid waking up more often than necessary. But, making the choice isn't always easy. Both options can lead to very different outcomes depending on the baby and peer, as well as, societal pressure often lead to more difficulty than is necessary. On Episode 2 we ask the question: Is co-sleeping or not co-sleeping a better option? Joined by Kendall Campbell, Shaylene Woodhouse and Janice Mccallagh an occupational therapist and sleep specialist we discuss the experiences we have had with our own little ones giving insight to what others have done and what options you may have. Being a parent means making choices you may never have had to think about before. Listening to others' experiences is often a way for us to relate or seek knowledge from those who have already gone through the challenges we now face.
