Canadians have no human or civil rights, no representation, and are under harsh USA military occupation. There are Canadian resistances and insurgencies against the USA occupation of Canada. Radio SWILL is a resistance pirate radio station located in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada, run by a husband-and-wife team who go by the pseudonyms Lord SWILL and Lady Oksana. The first episode sets up the universe for the following episodes
