Prior to joining CMB, Monika was co-founder and CEO at Digsite, ran her own boutique research and consulting firm, held a position as director of the AC Nielsen Center for Marketing Analytics and Insight graduate program at the University of Wisconsin Madison, and spent the first six years of her career in consumer Insights at General Mills.
