We talk about his background, how family sets the example, coaching and building a program, what it takes to reach the elite level, and what's next following his retirement from teaching and coaching.

We dug into her childhood and how she made a decision between playing tennis and volleyball at the collegiate level. She detailed a career which saw her go from high school assistant to D-I head coach in only a few short years.
