Trouble doesn't make appointments. It shows up at your door — and until it hits you, it doesn't feel real. This week, it hit us.

In Part 1 on Psalm 20, we walk through trouble in real time: why the Hebrew word for trouble means the narrow, squeezed place; why the psalm says God will answer you IN the day of trouble, not keep you out of it; why He's the God of Jacob — the struggler most like us; and what it means to know God sees you when your knees want to buckle.
