Today, we're taking that one step further.
A common misconception is that notarisation is the final step. It isn't.
You may have a properly notarised POA, but when it's presented for use, the institution may say an authority is missing, an asset isn't clearly identified, or additional attestation is required. The document is valid, yet it cannot complete the intended transaction.
