In the last episode, we explored the difference between General and Specific Powers of Attorney. Today, we answer one of the most practical questions: what should a POA actually cost, and how do you compare providers properly?

In Episode 5, we discussed headline pricing. Government notarisation fees for a standard POA generally start from around AED 1,200, with bilingual documents costing more. At POAS, our fixed fees are AED 2,199 for Property Sale, Property Management and Corporate POAs, and AED 1,999 for Bank Account POAs. These prices are all-inclusive.
