In the previous episode, we discussed the most common reasons a Power of Attorney (POA) may be rejected. Today, we're looking at another important stage of the POA lifecycle: revocation.

A POA does not always remain valid indefinitely. Some have fixed expiry dates, some are created for a specific transaction, and others remain active until they are formally cancelled. Understanding how a POA ends is important because an active POA continues to give legal authority to the appointed attorney.
