Preparing for the Rain pt. 2: I Kings 18:41-46
Continuing the thought from I Kings 18, where Israel had gone through a severe drought of 3.5 years because of sin. They repented at Mt. Carmel and God and Elijah prayed for God to send rain. Just like we must repent and ask God to send the rain of His presence and blessings on our lives and church. This week we focus on a message of Vision and Hope as we ask God to bless our church and use us in His plan.
Without a Doubt part 4: I John 5:16-21
The conclussion of our study in I John ends with Last of Johns list of truths we can know without a doubt. While this is by no means a conclusive list it is a core list of fundamentals important to our faith: 1. The Bible is absolutely true 2. Jesus is the Son of God 3. Believers (as the Children of God) have eternal life 4. God hears our prayers. And now 5th - While children of God do still sin, We do not keep on Sinning.
Without a Doubt part 3: I John 5:13-15
We continue our series on 5 truths in which we can believe without a doubt. We have shared in previous weeks, we can believe without a doubt: 1. God's Word is True 2. Jesus is the Son of God 3. Believers Have Eternal Life and now we add a fourth: God Hears our Prayers. Listen as we share the truth about prayer and how it impacts Heaven and Earth.
Without a Doubt part 2: I John 5:11-16
Continuing the series on that which we can know without any doubt. There are some things in the Bible that God intentionally left vague so that we will look to Him and trust him. There are others that there can be no doubt or debate over. Last week we shared the first: Jesus is the Son of God. This week we shared the next two truths in this section of scripture of which there can be no doubt.
