We speak to Nat Geo Explorer Lilly Sedaghat about her work in Taiwan. Lilly found her work in the circular economy through bubble tea in her hometown in California. After 10 years, Lilly is a graduate from the University of Oxford and is now gathering information that speaks to how specific cultures and countries outside of the West can apply large scale principles and concepts of the circular economy, into methods that work for their own contexts.
