Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Jacqueline's path began with the support of her single mother and extended family. After graduating from Stranahan High School, she briefly pursued Pre-Law before discovering her passion for administration and human resources.

Jacqueline's career spans from the Broward Sheriff's Office to innovative roles in technology and nonprofit sectors. She has also worked at prestigious institutions such as The Scripps Research Institute, Georgia Tech, and Georgia State University, where she serves as a Grants & Contracts Officer.
