Theodore Robert Bundy was an American serial killer who kidnapped raped and murdered potentially more than 36 victims between 1974 and 1978. His true victim number is unknown. He was known for using charm and deception to gain victims’ trust, often pretending to be injured or impersonating authority figures. His crimes and court cases became some of the most widely studied and publicized serial murder cases in American history.
