It is also centered on one of the most controversial and skipped chapters of the Bible- Song of Songs. Listen, I get it! I used to be that person too. But, my lovely guest has turned me into a believer. Song of Songs uses poetic imagery to describe a genuine aspirational love; it's not perfect, but it's real. With a man (or God) who is infatuated with a woman (the Church), we learn a whole lot about the agape love: the love from a Father, Savior, King, Husband who loves you unconditionally. But, to get there, we've got to break down those barriers which stop us from fully living in it.
