Your windshield? Coated in frost. Classic late-February morning across Oregon. Down in the Willamette Valley, overnight lows hit 35 degrees. That frost sticks around until about 9 A.M. Then the sun breaks through and pushes you to 53 degrees this afternoon. Tonight drops back to 35 with patchy frost returning. Push south to the Southern Willamette Valley and it's a colder start — 31 degrees with widespread frost and patchy fog. That fog clears by 10 A.M., giving way to partly sunny skies and a high near 52. Frost comes back tonight with lows at 32.
