Couragous Binturong, Anh, has been inducted into the AHHOF as a representative of all Binturong and Civets being trafficked and abused all in the name of Civet Coffee. Dr. Jes Hooper, founder of The Civet Project, is her Hall guardian and talks to us about meeting Anh and opens our eyes on how civet coffee is really made.
