Hello beautiful friends! In this episode, I will be reading from my 2nd entry, from 4/26/2021. In this episode we get a bit more serious... I talk about leaning into anger (a sacred emotion), as well as Black Lives Matter and my thoughts on the disproportionate numbers of BIPOC in prison. I hope that shedding light on this topic, encourages people (who may not fully understand, like me) to ask questions, and be educated on this, so that we can have more empathy, understanding and awareness.
