Ashfall by Mike Mullin is a story about the super volcano going off in Yellowstone. Our main character 15yr old Alex is home alone when the volcano goes off and has to set off on foot to reach his parents who are 135miles away. Trigger warning for this episode: death, sexual assault
Rot & Ruin is book 1 of the Rot & Ruin series by Jonathan Maberry. Zombies have been around for 14yrs and our main character Benny is about to become a hunter with the help of his older half-brother Tom.
