Ty Conn was locked up for as long as he could remember - first in his bedroom as a child and then in cells from 14 up. Despite never causing physical harm to anyone, Ty would be sentenced to over 47 years in prison because of his incredible skill at escaping. His daring escape from Kingston Pen in 1999 would prove to be his last.
