Omaha saw a serious crash on Highway 75 early Friday morning leaving one person hospitalized and severe storms that knocked out power for thousands, triggered tornado warnings in Cass, Douglas, and Sarpy counties, and brought tornadoes, hail, and damaging winds to eastern Nebraska and Iowa. The National Weather Service warns of scattered thunderstorms today with a 62% chance of precipitation.
