A Flood Watch covers much of southern Ohio through early afternoon. Central Ohio sits at 57 degrees today with light rain and fog. Rain picks up tonight with thunderstorms possible. Thursday brings another soaking — up to an inch of rain with a high of 67 degrees. Northeast Ohio is cooler and foggier. Areas of dense fog linger through late morning.
