Visibility has dropped to a quarter mile or less across northern Ohio. A Dense Fog Advisory runs until 11 A.M., so take it slow on that morning commute. In the next 24 hours. Down in Southwest Ohio, the ground is already saturated. A Flood Watch continues through early afternoon from Cincinnati up through Dayton. Some spots have picked up two to three inches of rain.
