Sunshine breaks through those early clouds and pushes you to 53 degrees by 3 P.M. That's jacket optional territory. Over in Columbus, the drizzle fades and sun takes over. You'll climb to 48 by mid afternoon. Now up in Cleveland, you're working harder for it. Partly sunny skies, topping out around 40 degrees. Still not bad for February. But here's the thing. A cold front barrels through tonight and the bottom drops out. Southwest Ohio plunges to 31 degrees by 5 A.M. Central Ohio sinks to 26. And Cleveland? You're staring at 22 deg ...
