Down in Cincinnati, you're sitting at a cozy 48 degrees. Columbus is right there with you at 47. Head up toward Cleveland and you've still got 44, which — for the lakefront in February — feels downright balmy. Even Toledo's hanging in there at 43. You'll want to enjoy this while it lasts, because it won't. We've had a stretch of above-average temps that's had everybody thinking spring's around the corner.
