Northeast Ohio, you're about to get buried. Lake effect bands crank up this afternoon. You're looking at 1 to 3 inches today, then another 2 to 4 tonight. Winds shift northwest around 2 P.M., gusting to 16 miles an hour. Highs hit 36 degrees around 2 P.M., then slide to 27 overnight. Wind chill? Feels like 17 degrees. Winter Weather Advisories are up. This one means business.
