Continuing further commonly experienced obstacles... The goal is to like yourself enough to get the most out of your alone time. You should not be doing anything for some of this time. Just be alone, notice your thoughts pass. Did you ever sit outside as a child or by the window and watch the leaves move or the cars pass? Be quiet. Be alone. And like it. Like yourself enough to love yourself, to appreciate your qualities and your individuality. Until you can do this, you are not your healthiest self.
