Helen White first joined the cooperative run New Perspectives as an actor and shares her experience of helping to save the company through a funding crisis and becoming New Perspectives’ first Executive and Artistic Director. Helen moved to New York in 1995 as Co-founder and Director of the CAT Youth Theatre, a programme at the City University of New York (CUNY) and is thrilled to catch up with the company in its 50th anniversary year and share her insights, many of which still ring true today.
