Hi, Josh here. I put off watching A.I. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE for a long time and immediately after watching felt like I had to talk about it. This might be my favorite movie of the year.

This is a monumental collaboration between Stanley Kubrick (who conceived it) and Steven Spielberg (who wrote and directed it after Kubrick's death). Haley Joel Osment gives a performance of a lifetime as David, the first Mecha designed to act as a loving child. So much ensues, and it produces way more to feel and think about than I could've dreamed.
