Southwest winds gust to 29 miles an hour this afternoon, so your hair isn't surviving lunch. The Piedmont lands right behind at 59 degrees with gusts pushing 30 miles an hour. Now push west into the mountains. Partly sunny skies up there. Highs reach 56 degrees with calmer winds. Honestly, the mountains win today. Tonight is where everything flips.
